Manabadi NAADU-NEDU instructions issued by J.C Kurnool

మనబడి నాడు-నేడు కింద కర్నూల్  జిల్లాలో 1,113 పాఠశాలలు ఎంపిక అయినవి. ఈ పాఠశాలల  అభివృద్ధి పనులు జూలై 15 నాటికి  పూర్తి చేయాలని కర్నూల్ జాయింట్ కలెక్టర్ గారు కొన్ని సూచనలు చేశారు.

Sub: School Education – Mana Badi Naadu Nedu- Undertaking of various civil and non-civil works under Mana Badi Naadu Nedu in all the 1113 Educational institutions in the district to Complete by 15.07.2020- Certain instructions – Issued- Reg

All the Inspecting officers of Department of School Education, Kurnool and the Heads of the Departments of various executive Agencies of various components of works under Mana Badi Naadu Nedu are hereby informed to plan very meticulously for immediate execution of all stipulated time

works and also completion of all Mana Badi Naadu Nedu 9 components of works well before i.e.,  15.07.2020 without fail.

The following instructions are issued for strict compliance

1. The Execution Engineers concerned shall prepare weekly plan for execution of the works and shall review every day

2. The Mandal Educational Officers / Deputy Educational Officers concerned shall act as Nodal Officer of the Mandal’s and shall coordinate with the Executive Agencies and also Engineering Assistants daily for proper and timely execution of all works with quality and shall have daily reviews.

3. There will be Teleconference thrice a week and Videoconference every week Component wise, School wise, Agency wise it will be reviewed.

4. The guidelines and instructions issued by the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi, for time to time shall be followed serupulously.

5. Mandal Level Coordination meetings shall be conducted every week on Monday with all concerned Head Masters, Assistant Engineers, CRPS and minutes and progress be recorded. The Mandal Educational Officers / Deputy Educational Officers shall convene the Meetings.

6. All the Mandal Educational Officers / Deputy Educational Officers, Head Masters, Assistant Engineers shall coordinate with one another without any dislocations/Coordination issues.

7. The Heads of the Departments of Executive agencies shall review daily with their field engineers and the Nodal Officer with their Head Masters and Education & welfare Assistant and Engineering Assistants.

8. The APC,SS, Kurnool shall monitor the Mana Badi Naadu-Nedu all works every day with all his Sectoral Officers and shall ensure completion of all works in full shape in all 1113 Educational institutions well before 15.07.2020.

9. The APC,SS, Kurnool is request to bring any issues to the notice of the under signed immediately especially sand and cement to resolve then and there itself.

10. The District Educational Officers, APC, and EE, SS are requested to update the progress of  works everyday so as to ensure completion of all the works under Mana Badi Naadu-Nedu well before, 15.07 2020.

11. The MEO shall be the mandal level monitoring person Mandal Educational officers And their CRP’s shall visit at least 10 schools in a day and shall fill the form online using the URL given below 😕

13. CRPs shall cover all most all schools in their cluster every day and monitor the work and fill the form online using their url: ?

All the above field Functionaries should strictly adhere to the above instructions and should work collectively to complete the all 9 components of works as early as possible before 15-07-2020 in a competitive manner.
