The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators / Additonal Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are invited to the reference read above that the Principal Secretary to Government, School Education, A.P, Amaravati has reviewed on 30.05.2020 at the Chamber of State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Patamata, Vijayawada , A.P regarding identification of newly Migration Children and Plan of action on those during the Lockdown period due to COVID-19.
In this connection, the following measures may be taken for identification of newly migrated children across the State of Andhra Pradesh, who have displaced from other places due to COVID-19.
The Ward /Village Education Welfare Assistants are requested the enumerate the migrated children data along with the village volunteers with the help of Revenue Department.
The CRPs, DLMTs, IERTs, PTIs are requested to collect the migration children data from the Ward Education Welfare Assistant in the Village Secretariat. The same has to be submitted to the concerned Mandal Educational Officers in the prescribed format.
The Mandal Educational Officers are requested to complete the data, which is submitted by the Ward /Village Education Welfare Assistants through the CRPs, DLMTs, IERTs, PTIs . The same has to be submitted to the concerned Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha.
The Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha have to obtain the migrated children data from the Mandal Educational Officers in the districts and submit the same to this office.
Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are request to follow the above instructions scrupulously duly getting approval from the Collector & District Magistrate to collect the newly migrated children data from the village / Mandal / district level through the Village Education Welfare Assistant / MRO / RDO. The Data has to be submitted to the State Project Office through the email i.e oscapss20@gmail.com on ro before 12.06.2020 in the prescribed format annexed.
